Bellow Market Value Deals
Bellow market value properties are quite simple. We want to find the best deals and negotiate correctly to get the best percentage amount off! We want our USP to be the BMV percentage. But remember, the true market value of the property is what actually matters! Example of this would be the following:
we find a house with its TRUE MARKET VALUE for £200,000 , and its in good condition and we've negotiated it down to purchase at £175,000. So we have knocked off £25,000 not from the asking price, but £25,000 bellow market value! This would now be a good deal, as its 12.5% BMV! However, this alone will not make it sellable... and that's where my expertise will come into play, to make sure its the right one to package and sell to you!
